We recently discovered a reporting inconsistency in our 2019 broker analyzer reports, impacting Earned Premium and Earned Loss Ratio. This inconsistency affects broker reporting only. It’s important to note that there is no impact on our published financial results.
Broker analyzer reports — restatement and upcoming change
Your 2019 broker analyzer reports will be restated and sent to you by the end of August. Additionally, we are pleased to introduce automated reporting later this summer. You can expect to see these reports in your inbox within 10 days of month-end (i.e., mid-August for July reporting). This will make the process and timing more efficient for you.
