Natalie joined the Angus-Miller family in November of 1991 as an Underwriting Assistant in the Personal Lines department. In 1995 Natalie found her home in the Claims department where she has been ever since. Natalie has completed her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2018 and she has completed her education to become a fully licensed claims adjuster.

Natalie goes the extra mile to help her clients, and works very well with brokers and co-workers.

She enjoys food, music, reading, decorating, and sports, but her first love is animals and her pet cats. She also enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping.
Among the staff, Natalie is affectionately referred to as Angus-Miller’s little Energizer Bunny.
