Kirby joined the insurance industry family in May 1996 when he became a broker at MacRae Insurance, providing years of valuable experience. He would later get involved with The Insurance Brokers Association Of New Brunswick in 2009, and after a few years as a director of IBANB, he joined the executive and served as President of the Association in 2016. He also acted as a board member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada during that same year.  In 2010, he purchased MacRae Insurance from his In-laws and really enjoyed his time as the owner of a brokerage.  After careful consideration and thought, he sold his brokerage in 2018 and stepped away from the business.  Early in 2020, he was approached to join the Angus Miller team and jumped at the chance.  He is extremely excited to be part of the group and move forward in the next chapter of his career connecting with brokers and representing the Angus-Miller offering.
