We have great news to share about our new, INDUSTRY LEADING commercial coverage!
Economical Insurance has updated its Commercial Building, Equipment, and Stock Broad Form Plus to a new form providing broader coverage to insured customers in an easier to read format. The new EXPERT Commercial Building, Equipment, and Stock Form, is now available to all Angus-Miller mid market commercial business which includes our Expert Contractors package.
What policies will be affected?
- This new, broader coverage form will automatically replace the old form on all applicable renewal policies and new business policies.
- Policies affected include Angus-Miller mid-market policies and Expert Contractors packages where Economical is either the sole insurer or the lead insurer on subscription policies.
What are the highlights?
- Flexibility. New aggregate groups of extensions.
- Increased Limits on extensions.
- Replacement Cost. Building, equipment, and Stock are now covered on a replacement cost basis.
- Credit Card Forgery. New coverage.
- Sewer Backup. Now included.
- Liberalization clause added.

Effective dates?
This new coverage is automatically applied to new business effective October 1st 2017 and renewals effective December 1st 2017.
